The South Orlando Youth Football Association was established in 2006. SOYFA is a proud member of Pop Warner. We are also members of the Southeast Region and one of 30 associations that comprise the Mid Florida Conference. Mid Florida covers Orange, Seminole, Lake, Polk and Osceola Counties. SOYFA plays in Division II Citrus Conference along with the South Orange Bears, Harmony Longhorns, St. Cloud Bulldogs, Ridge Youth Lightning, and the Celebration Storm . Our home field is Boone High School. SOYFA serves the Boone, Oak Ridge, Freedom, Lake Nona and Edgewater High School districts.

SOYFA Mission Statement
Our goal is to have a youth program that benefits all participants, girls and boys. Teaching good sportsmanship, leadership. teamwork and self-discipline through football and cheerleading.

The parents are as valuable as the athletes. We, as parents, coaches and team Moms should strive to make the game fun for all participants. Coaches and parents must keep in mind the ages of the participants, for they are the future and will need to instill the same teaching into the future generations.

Finally, it has been said "Championships are earned not given.. What are you doing to earn one?" This reflects parents as well as our young men and women. God bless and have a great season.

PARKING INFORMATION

Parking will be available in the student lot ONLY!!. The entrance to the student lot is on Mills Avenue between Blankner School and Boone. Parking WILL NOT BE ALLOWED in the faculty or visitor lots. Also any vehicles parked along Summerlin Avenue WILL BE TICKETED AND TOWED. The gate to the stadium is located between the baseball field and the 700 building.
